Dubai Contracting Company LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. We aim to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money while still achieving the required standards and quality. This role involves everything from initial calculations to the final accounts, providing essential support to the project management team.

Key Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field.
Professional membership in a recognized body (e.g., RICS) is preferred.
Significant experience in the Dubai construction market.
Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Strong negotiation skills for dealing with subcontractors and suppliers.
Proficiency in QS software and advanced Excel functions.
Ability to analyze architectural drawings and specifications.
Thorough knowledge of construction contracts and legalities.
High level of professional integrity and work ethics.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
