Key Requirements
Proven experience as a coordinator within the construction or engineering sector.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills for project tracking.
Ability to maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between departments.
Basic understanding of construction cycles and procurement processes.
Capability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
High school diploma required; a degree in management or engineering is preferred.
Familiarity with the local Dubai construction market and supplier networks.
