REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE @ DROP ACCESS
Drop Access is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Representative to join our fast-moving business and drive significant impact across the Nairobi Metropolitan region. The primary objective of this role is to spearhead customer acquisition, accelerate sales growth, and enhance brand presence within Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos. You will be responsible for identifying emerging business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and conducting comprehensive market intelligence and competitor analysis to maintain a competitive edge. This position requires a proactive individual capable of navigating complex regional markets and delivering sustainable revenue performance.

Key Requirements
Possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales and business development.
A background in cold-chain, refrigeration, or solar energy sectors is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience working with distributors, agents, and channel partners.
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with SACCOs and Micro Finance Institutions.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing field sales teams and technicians.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and persuasive presentation skills.
Must be currently based within the Nairobi Metropolitan region (Nairobi, Kiambu, Kajiado, or Machakos).
Ability to conduct thorough market intelligence and competitor analysis.
Proficiency in sales reporting and the use of CRM or sales management software.
Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and providing high-quality after-sales support.
