HR EXECUTIVE (2 POSITIONS) @ DRAIPL
We are seeking two dedicated HR Executives to join our team in the United Arab Emirates, specifically covering operations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, and payroll management. This role requires a professional who can handle the dynamic needs of our workforce across multiple locations and ensure that all administrative processes are handled with precision.
The ideal candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience within the UAE market to ensure a deep understanding of local labor laws and visa processing requirements. Preference will be given to candidates currently on a spouse visa. Key responsibilities include managing HR operations, coordinating visa processes, and maintaining positive employee relations to foster a productive work environment across both Dubai and Abu Dhabi locations. The position demands high attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of HR experience specifically within the UAE.
Proven proficiency in managing end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulatory compliance standards.
Extensive experience with visa processing, renewals, and labor permits.
Demonstrated expertise in payroll management and financial record-keeping.
Strong interpersonal skills for managing employee relations and conflicts.
Preference will be given to candidates currently residing on a spouse visa.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
High level of organizational skill and the ability to manage HR operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software systems.
