HR EXECUTIVE (2 POSITIONS) @ DRAIPL
We are seeking two dedicated HR Executives to support human resource operations across the United Arab Emirates, specifically targeting locations in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The selected professionals will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of recruitment, managing daily HR operations, and ensuring that all organizational processes align with corporate standards. You will serve as a primary point of contact for employees, handling relations and administrative queries while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. The role involves significant involvement in payroll management, visa processing, and maintaining accurate employee records. Ideal candidates will have a background in managing employee records and navigating local labor laws efficiently. Those on a spouse visa are encouraged to apply as they will be given priority during the selection process. Key Requirements
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant HR experience within the UAE.
Demonstrated expertise in Recruitment and HR Operations.
Strong command of Payroll Management systems and processes.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Procedures and legal requirements.
Proven experience in managing Visa Processing for employees.
Ability to handle complex Employee Relations and conflict resolution cases.
Prioritization of candidates currently residing on a Spouse Visa.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel for data management.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
