Key Requirements
Construction experience required.
Immediate availability to join (Immediate Joiner Only).
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field.
Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial monitoring.
Experience in contract management and various procurement methods.
Ability to perform accurate measurement and take-offs from architectural drawings.
Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction laws and regulations.
Strong negotiation skills when dealing with subcontractors and suppliers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and specialized surveying software.
Excellent communication skills for professional reporting and stakeholder management.
