Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales of lubricating oil or large-scale mechanical equipment.
Strong understanding of industrial products and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good customer service and relationship management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Valid driving license is an added advantage.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in lubricating oil sales or heavy/mechanical equipment sales.
Experience working with industrial, automotive, construction, or manufacturing clients is preferred.
Fluent in English and Swahili.
