Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in HR operations or a senior HR role
Strong expertise in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
In-depth knowledge of employee relations and conflict resolution
Thorough understanding of HR policies and labor law compliance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive problem-solving and analytical capabilities
High proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
Demonstrated experience with HR systems and management software
Ability to lead and innovate in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
