ARABIC-SPEAKING CALL CENTER REPRESENTATIVE @ DR. FATHI EMARA MEDICAL POLYCLINIC
Dr. Fathi Emara Medical Polyclinic is urgently seeking a professional and dedicated Arabic-Speaking Call Center Representative to join their medical team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring they receive high-quality assistance and professional service. Candidates should be prepared to work shift-based hours from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound patient calls, booking and managing medical appointments efficiently, and responding to patient inquiries with accuracy. The role requires a candidate who can maintain professionalism under pressure while delivering excellent customer service. Immediate joiners are highly preferred for this position to help manage the clinic's busy schedule and patient flow effectively.

Key Requirements
Native or fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory)
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Previous call center experience is highly preferred
Healthcare industry experience is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in managing and booking patient appointments
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotational basis
Ability to join immediately upon selection
