DPL Infra is seeking a dedicated Plant Manager to oversee our international plant operations in Tanzania. This role involves managing all manufacturing activities, optimizing supply chain processes, and ensuring that production meets global quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with our leadership team to drive efficiency and take full ownership of the facility's results in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers extensive global exposure and requires a professional who is travel-ready, as the role involves frequent coordination with offices in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Key Requirements
Experience in managing large-scale plant operations and manufacturing teams.
Proven expertise in supply chain and procurement management.
Ability to oversee warehouse and inventory coordination effectively.
Knowledge of international safety standards and quality control protocols.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Proactive and execution-focused mindset with a drive for results.
Excellent communication and coordination skills for global reporting.
Willingness to travel frequently to international sites as required.
Familiarity with import and export documentation and regulations.
A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
