DPL Infra is hiring an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE, to lead and optimize our diverse business functions in the region. This position is vital for our international market expansion, requiring oversight of logistics, cargo operations, and regional administrative coordination. The manager will be responsible for ensuring that all operations are execution-focused and aligned with our global corporate objectives.

Significant experience in operations management within an international context.
Strong understanding of logistics, shipping, and freight operations.
Ability to lead and coordinate teams across different geographies.

Proven track record in delivering results and taking ownership of projects.
Ability to travel extensively to various international business hubs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client relations.
Experience with ERP systems and implementation management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management or Operations.
Adaptable mindset to handle the complexities of international trade.
