MASTER SDPO @ DP SHIP
DP Ship is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Master SDPO to join our operations on an AHTS DP-2 vessel based in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall command and safe operation of the vessel, ensuring all dynamic positioning tasks and anchor handling tug supply operations are conducted according to international maritime standards and safety protocols. This role involves a rotation schedule of 3 months on and 3 months off, offering a stable and professional work-life balance for dedicated maritime officers.
The position offers a negotiable day rate based on experience and qualifications. Candidates must be available for a date of joining scheduled for May 26, 2026. Key Requirements
Possession of a valid Master Unlimited Certificate of Competency (COC).
Hold a valid Dynamic Positioning (DP) Unlimited Certificate.
Minimum of 24 months rank experience on DP-2 AHTS vessels.
Must hold all mandatory STCW 2010 certifications.
Valid offshore medical fitness certificate (ENG1 or equivalent).
A valid Seaman's Book with relevant sea service entries.
Completed BOSIET or FOET safety training for offshore operations.
Advanced GMDSS General Operator Certificate (GOC).
Proficient in written and spoken English for maritime communication.
Ship Security Officer (SSO) certification is preferred.
Proven experience in anchor handling and towing operations.
