CH. OFF. SDPO @ DP SHIP
We are inviting applications for the position of Chief Officer SDPO for our AHTS DP-2 vessel operations. The Chief Officer will assist the Master in vessel management, navigation, and deck operations, with a specific focus on maintaining dynamic positioning during critical offshore tasks. The contract follows a 3 months on and 3 months off rotation, providing a consistent schedule for the professional mariner. The joining date for this position is set for May 10, 2026.
The day rate for this role is negotiable and will be discussed during the interview process. Key Requirements
Valid Chief Officer Unlimited Certificate of Competency.
Full DP Unlimited Operator Certificate from a recognized body.
Extensive experience as a Chief Officer on AHTS DP vessels.
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training and Advanced Firefighting.
Current maritime medical certificate ensuring fitness for duty.
Updated Seaman's Book and discharge papers.
BOSIET or OPITO approved survival training.
Proficiency in Bridge Team Management (BTM).
Expertise in cargo handling and stability calculations.
Effective leadership and crew management skills.
GMDSS operator license and relevant endorsements.
