Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management within the beverage or FMCG industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills to drive sales performance.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to close deals.
Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and sales metrics.
Ability to travel frequently within the Dodoma region and beyond.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of the Tanzanian beverage market and consumer behavior.
