PROCUREMENT OFFICER/MANAGER @ DORIS MOLLEL FOUNDATION
The Doris Mollel Foundation is recruiting a dedicated Procurement professional to handle all sourcing and supply chain activities. The Procurement Officer/Manager will be responsible for end-to-end tendering processes, supplier performance evaluation, and contract management. This role ensures that all goods and services procured by the foundation meet the required quality standards while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Key responsibilities include implementing donor-approved procurement rules, ensuring value-for-money, and maintaining transparency in all vendor interactions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of market trends and procurement regulations, serving as an effective bridge between the foundation and its network of suppliers.

Key Requirements
Relevant University Degree
Active registration with PSPTB or CPSP
4+ years of experience in sourcing and tendering
Expertise in supplier performance evaluation
Experience in contract management and vendor relations
Deep understanding of donor procurement rules
Proven ability to apply value-for-money principles
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in procurement management software
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills
