BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER @ DORIS MOLLEL FOUNDATION (DMF)
DMF is looking for a proactive Business Development (BD) Manager to drive our resource mobilization efforts. This individual will identify funding opportunities, cultivate relationships with donors and partners, and lead the development of winning grant proposals to support our non-profit initiatives.
This position requires an individual who understands the landscape of the philanthropic sector in East Africa. The successful candidate will manage the funding pipeline and ensure that the foundation's strategic goals are aligned with corporate and donor interests to ensure sustainable growth for our programs.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in BD for non-profit/development sectors
Proven ability to lead resource mobilization and fundraising
Strong experience in developing grant proposals
Ability to cultivate and manage donor/partner relationships
Understanding of the East African philanthropic landscape
Strong skills in pipeline management and strategic planning
Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills
Capacity to identify and pursue new funding opportunities
Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Resilience and results-oriented professional approach
