Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year of proven professional sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse clients.
Excellent client management and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of construction materials and the building industry is a significant plus.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Fluency in English and Swahili is required for effective local communication.
