DofBit GroupLTD is looking for a dedicated Mobile Phone Installment Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations of our installment business in Tanzania. The successful candidate will oversee the entire lifecycle of customer applications, from initial review and disbursement to monitoring repayment and managing outstanding accounts. You will be instrumental in ensuring operational efficiency by coordinating with retail, sales, and risk control teams to streamline processes. Your insights will directly influence our local market strategies and product improvements. Salary package is 500K. You will be responsible for preparing detailed operational reports and conducting data analysis to support management decisions. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement practical solutions. Key Requirements
Fluent in English with strong communication skills for daily business operations.
1-3 years of relevant work experience in operations, consumer finance, or retail.
Familiarity with the Tanzanian market, consumer behavior, and business landscape.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address operational abnormalities.
Experience in managing loan repayments, collections, or overdue accounts.
Excellent coordination skills to work across sales, tech, and customer service teams.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused mindset.
Ability to analyze business data and provide actionable management insights.
Strong understanding of mobile phone installment service business models.
