DOFBIT GROUP LTD is seeking a diligent and motivated Offline Collection Agent to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The successful candidate will be responsible for field-based debt recovery efforts, engaging with customers who have overdue installment payments. This role is critical to maintaining the company's financial health and requires a professional approach to negotiations and customer interaction.
As an Offline Collection Agent, your daily activities will involve conducting field visits, retrieving overdue devices, and negotiating repayment plans. You will work closely with your Team Leader to manage your assigned accounts, identify potential fraud cases, and ensure all company policies regarding collections are followed. The position offers a base salary of TZS 200,000 per month, supplemented by performance-based commissions for recovered devices.

Key Requirements
Minimum Form IV certificate; higher qualifications are an advantage.
Experience in debt collection, field sales, mobile money, or customer service preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work outdoors and travel within Dar es Salaam.
Capable of working under pressure and achieving targets.
Honest, disciplined, and responsible character.
Proficient in using smartphones and basic mobile apps.
Ability to maintain accurate digital and physical records.
Willing to work flexible hours to meet collection deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills for handling difficult recovery scenarios.
