HR MANAGER @ DM CONSULTANCY
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage all human resource functions and help build a positive, high-performance work culture. The primary focus of this role involves overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, talent management strategies, and employee engagement initiatives to ensure a productive environment. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring strict compliance with documentation standards and local labor laws, while coordinating payroll, attendance, and statutory requirements.
In addition to administrative and operational duties, the HR Manager will drive training and development programs and handle conflict resolution with professional tact. This full-time position requires a strategic thinker with at least 4 years of experience and excellent leadership skills. You will serve as a key point of contact for performance management and organizational growth, ensuring that all confidential information is handled with the highest level of integrity and professionalism. The role is based in Ahmedabad, Gujrat.
