Key Requirements
Education: Form Four (O-Level) certificate or higher.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to speak and write fluently in Swahili and English.
Previous experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
Strong knowledge of company services to provide accurate information.
Capability to build and maintain healthy relationships with clients.
Proactive approach to following up on customer issues.
Basic computer literacy for logging customer interactions.
Patience and emotional intelligence when dealing with difficult clients.
