PROGRAMS OFFICER @ DKT INTERNATIONAL TANZANIA
DKT International Tanzania is seeking a Programs Officer to lead the coordination and implementation of our vital program activities and training initiatives. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for healthcare providers, ensuring they are well-equipped to support our health services. This position requires active collaboration with our Sales and Marketing teams to drive product uptake and ensure our outreach programs reach the intended communities effectively.
As a Programs Officer, you will also monitor program data, prepare progress reports, and manage budgets to ensure resources are utilized efficiently. You will represent DKT in stakeholder meetings and foster partnerships that enhance our reach and influence. We are looking for an individual with a strong sales-oriented mindset and deep experience in healthcare programming, specifically in family planning or reproductive health, to join our dedicated team and contribute to our mission.

Key Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Science, Nursing, Clinical Medicine or related field
Min. 3 years experience in family planning, RH or healthcare programs
Experience in field activities
Training of Trainers (ToT) is an advantage
Strong sales-oriented mindset
Proven marketing skills
Data monitoring and report writing capabilities
Experience in budget management
Stakeholder management and networking skills
Proficiency in program coordination
