Key Requirements
Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project planning within the energy sector.
Extensive experience in Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).
Expert level proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of project lifecycles and milestone management.
Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with engineering and procurement teams.
Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and resource allocation.
Strong documentation skills for project reporting and scheduling updates.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for solar projects in India.
Proven ability to manage planning for large-scale industrial projects.
