VICE PRESIDENT, LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN @ DIVINE TALENT ACQUISITION
An exceptional opportunity exists for a Vice President of Logistics & Supply Chain to lead end-to-end operational transformation for a multinational firm in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic direction and management of all logistics, transportation, and supply chain planning functions within the region. You will focus on optimizing global distribution networks, enhancing procurement processes, and improving warehouse efficiency to meet the growing demands of the Middle Eastern market. This executive role requires a leader who can manage complex international trade compliance, freight forwarding, and inventory control. You will collaborate with other senior leaders to ensure that the supply chain is a competitive advantage for the firm, driving cost savings while maintaining high service levels for a global customer base.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics
10+ years of senior management experience in global supply chains
Proven track record in optimizing logistics and distribution networks
Expertise in international freight forwarding and trade compliance
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERPs
Excellent negotiation skills for vendor and carrier management
Proficiency in demand planning and supply chain forecasting
Strong leadership skills with experience managing large regional teams
Experience working in the UAE or Middle East logistics market
Strategic mindset with the ability to execute complex operations
