Key Requirements
Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Electronics or Computer Engineering preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor or VLSI industry.
Expertise in complex SoC architecture and high-speed digital design.
In-depth knowledge of RTL design and verification methodologies.
Experience leading technical teams or managing specific design modules.
Advanced proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Tcl, or Perl for automation.
Strong understanding of low-power design techniques and power analysis.
Familiarity with post-silicon validation and silicon bring-up processes.
Exceptional documentation skills for architectural and design specifications.
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional global teams across different time zones.
