Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Solid experience in physical design flows (Netlist to GDSII).
Proficiency with Place and Route tools such as Innovus or ICC2.
Knowledge of floorplanning, power planning, and clock tree synthesis (CTS).
Experience with Static Timing Analysis (STA) and timing closure techniques.
Familiarity with physical verification checks (DRC, LVS, ERC, ANT).
Understanding of signal integrity and IR drop analysis.
Experience with multi-voltage and low-power design techniques (UPF/CPF).
Scripting skills in Tcl or Perl for design flow automation.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with front-end and manufacturing teams.
