CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (CTO) @ DIVINE TALENT ACQUISITION
We are recruiting a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to spearhead the digital transformation and technological innovation of a global logistics leader in Germany. The CTO will be responsible for overseeing the development and dissemination of technology for external customers, vendors, and other clients to help improve and increase business efficiency. You will design and implement the company's technology strategy, ensuring that it supports the broader business goals and keeps the organization at the forefront of the logistics technology landscape. This position involves managing a large IT department, overseeing software development for supply chain management, and ensuring the security and integrity of global data networks. You will evaluate new technologies such as AI, blockchain, and automation to determine their potential for enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience in the competitive German and European markets.
Key Requirements
Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
10+ years of experience in high-level technology leadership
Proven success in driving digital transformation in large organizations
In-depth knowledge of logistics and supply chain software solutions
Experience managing large-scale IT budgets and complex projects
Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
Ability to lead and mentor diverse technical and development teams
Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and data privacy laws
Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, IoT, and Blockchain
Strong analytical and innovative problem-solving skills
