CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO) @ DIVINE TALENT ACQUISITION
We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of a major multinational logistics firm. You will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for implementing the organization's strategic plan and ensuring that operational processes are optimized for efficiency and scale. This role is critical for driving productivity and ensuring that all supply chain and logistics operations meet the highest standards of quality and service delivery across the United Kingdom. In this capacity, you will lead various departments, including supply chain planning, distribution, and warehouse management, ensuring seamless integration across all business units. You will be tasked with identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing innovative solutions to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve overall customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with regional regulations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Operations Management or Business
12+ years of experience in senior operational leadership roles
Extensive knowledge of logistics, distribution, and warehouse operations
Proven ability to design and implement efficient business processes
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in operational metrics
Excellent project management and organizational capabilities
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
In-depth understanding of UK logistics regulations and compliance
Ability to drive large-scale organizational change and transformation
Strong interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
