QA LEAD – SELENIUM & AUTOMATION @ DIVERSE LYNX
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead with extensive experience in Selenium automation and framework development to join our team. This role requires a professional who can navigate complex Agile delivery environments and take ownership of the quality assurance process. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks that ensure the reliability and performance of our software products. Possible work locations include Jersey City, NJ, Dallas, TX, and Tampa, FL as onsite roles. As a leader, you will drive the automation strategy, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor team members on best practices in testing. Proficiency in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential, along with hands-on experience with tools like WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, and Cucumber. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement. This position requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Key Requirements
Deep expertise in Selenium automation frameworks
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
Ability to design and implement scalable frameworks using Selenium WebDriver
Proficiency with TestNG or JUnit frameworks
Hands-on experience with Cucumber for behavior-driven development
Strong coding skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript
Experience leading automation strategy and conducting code reviews
Proven track record in establishing testing best practices
