DIDIS Haven is seeking a dedicated and energetic Airbnb Hospitality Assistant to join our team in Dar es Salaam. This pivotal role involves ensuring our Airbnb properties consistently meet high standards of cleanliness and are always guest-ready, thereby contributing significantly to an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be a key player in the daily operational aspects of our properties, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable, organized, and welcoming stay.

The assistant will actively support the creation of engaging social media content, which includes being comfortable appearing in photos or videos as required. Key Requirements
Must be residing in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Presentable and well-groomed appearance
Basic English communication skills
Demonstrated honesty, a hardworking nature, and a high sense of responsibility
Comfortable appearing in photos and videos for social media content
Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a significant advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for property management
Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and property presentation
Customer service-oriented approach to ensure excellent guest satisfaction
Proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
