We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Supply Chain & Procurement (SCM) Functional Consultant to join our professional team in Dubai. This role involves a 12-month extendable contract focused on delivering comprehensive Oracle solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex business requirements across various domains including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Contracts, and Maintenance. This position requires a deep understanding of both Oracle SCM Fusion and E-Business Suite modules to drive organizational efficiency.
The role demands a proactive approach to leading system enhancements, managing integrations with third-party systems, and ensuring overall data consistency. You will be expected to support critical data migration activities, implement robust data governance, and produce detailed reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders is essential to ensure project success. Additionally, you will conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), oversee integration testing, and provide high-quality training to end-users to facilitate smooth system adoption.

Key Requirements
5+ years of experience in Oracle SCM implementations.
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion and E-Business Suite Procurement modules.
Hands-on experience with reporting tools like OTBI and BI Publisher.
Proficient in PL/SQL for technical troubleshooting and report generation.
Experience in managing integrations, APIs, and hybrid cloud environments.
Knowledge of data governance, migration, and master data management (MDM).
Must be an Arab national (per client requirements).
Proven ability to lead system enhancements and process improvements.
Experience with third-party tools like Maximo, Tririga, or SAP is highly desirable.
Competency in conducting UAT, integration testing, and providing user training.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
