INFORMATION SECURITY ENGINEER @ DICETEK UAE
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Information Security Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The primary focus of this role is to build and maintain secure, resilient digital environments by ensuring all systems and services are secure by design. You will be responsible for implementing risk-based security controls across networks and systems, while ensuring that the enterprise architecture remains aligned with the DESC cybersecurity framework, cloud standards, and IoT security protocols. This position requires a proactive approach to security, focusing on the protection of critical systems and national infrastructure.
In addition to technical implementation, the successful candidate will oversee the entire security lifecycle, maintaining compliance through development, deployment, and operational phases. Key project responsibilities include managing the rollout of new security applications, specifically focusing on Zero Trust architecture and implementation. You will also be tasked with conducting dark web monitoring and investigations to identify potential threats. This role is open exclusively to UAE-based candidates who are eager to contribute to high-level cybersecurity initiatives within the region.

Key Requirements
Must be currently based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Proven experience with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools.
Strong hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems.
Proficiency with information classification tools such as BigID or Forta.
Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and governance models.
Demonstrated ability to enhance and manage user security awareness programs.
Experience aligning enterprise architecture with the DESC cybersecurity framework.
Strong knowledge of cloud security standards and IoT security protocols.
Experience maintaining security compliance for critical systems and national infrastructure.
Project management experience specifically regarding Zero Trust implementation.
Ability to conduct dark web monitoring and threat investigations.
Ability to implement risk-based security controls across complex networks.
