The Assistant Manager – Treasury FX Trader role at Diamond Trust Bank Tanzania focuses on driving foreign exchange trading revenue. Key Requirements
Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of FX products and financial market instruments.
ACI Dealing Certificate is a mandatory requirement.
3–5 years' professional experience in Treasury or FX trading.
Proven experience in executing spot, forward, and derivative trades.
Ability to manage market risks and FX positions effectively.
Skills in building relationships with local and international counterparties.
Ability to monitor market developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Strong commitment to service ethics and professional integrity.
Capability to work independently in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
