MANAGER – CREDIT OPERATIONS @ DIAMOND TRUST BANK (DTB)
The Manager – Credit Operations is responsible for driving pre-disbursement controls, facility booking, loan disbursement, and portfolio monitoring at Diamond Trust Bank. This role focuses on maintaining operational compliance while actively supporting the bank's digital transformation initiatives and efficiency goals. The manager will ensure that all credit-related processes are executed accurately and within the approved parameters to minimize operational risk.
In this capacity, the manager will supervise day-to-day credit operations, ensuring that all pre-disbursement approvals and conditions are verified before any utilization occurs. The role involves precise facility booking within the Core Banking System and timely loan disbursements. Additionally, the manager will monitor facility performance metrics, repayment schedules, and limit expiries to ensure the integrity of the credit lifecycle.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration.
6+ years of banking experience.
At least 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
Hands-on experience with Core Banking Systems.
Strong expertise in loan booking and disbursement processes.
Proficiency in Management Information Systems (MIS).
Strong analytical and operational control skills.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or CIB is preferred.
Ability to drive digital transformation within banking operations.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
