Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field of study.
3–5 years of professional experience specifically in site supervision or interior fit-out projects.
Proven ability to coordinate contractors, artisans, vendors, and suppliers on-site.
Strong capacity to ensure accurate implementation of technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent skills in monitoring project quality, timelines, and workmanship standards.
Advanced understanding of interior construction materials and finishing techniques.
Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD or Revit for site adjustments.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budget expectations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor and team management.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work structure while maintaining on-site presence.
