Key Requirements
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in mechanical building services.
Must possess a valid Saudi Engineering Certificate.
Non-Saudi applicants must have a transferable Iqama.
Extensive experience in supervision of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.
Professional certification in mechanical engineering or project management.
Strong knowledge of international and Saudi mechanical codes (SBC).
Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design drawings.
Excellent technical writing skills for reports and audits.
Proficiency in mechanical design software and project management tools.
