Key Requirements
Proven experience in corporate leadership roles, preferably within East or Central Africa.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills to drive organizational goals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
