Key Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in Technical, ICT, or broadcast sales.
Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Tanzanian procurement systems and regulations.
A proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
Strong commitment to building a long-term professional career in the broadcasting industry.
Proficiency in media technology systems and staying current with industry trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for delivering professional client presentations.
Proven ability to manage and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
