WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR - BUS SERVICE @ DEVINE WEALTH HR SOLUTIONS
Devine Wealth HR Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor specializing in Bus Services to oversee our client's workshop operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of a bus fleet through effective vehicle maintenance, high-quality repairs, and strict adherence to safety and health standards. The successful candidate will lead a team of technicians, manage complex maintenance schedules, and ensure that all operational targets are met with minimal downtime.
In addition to technical oversight, the supervisor will play a key role in administrative reporting and compliance. You will utilize SAP to track maintenance activities, manage spare parts inventory, and provide detailed reports on vehicle performance and breakdown history. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can foster a culture of safety and precision within the workshop, ensuring all work complies with ISO 45001 standards and company safety protocols.

Key Requirements
Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within an automotive workshop.
Proven experience in workshop maintenance planning and vehicle fleet supervision.
Proficiency in using SAP or other ERP systems for maintenance record management.
Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and motivate a technical team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude regarding bus repairs.
Full professional proficiency in both English and Swahili languages.
Solid understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.
Experience in managing spare parts, tools, and tire inventory procurement.
Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive maintenance and breakdown reports.
