DEVINE WEALTH HR SOLUTIONS is seeking a dedicated and experienced SHERQ Coordinator to join a dynamic organization in Dar es Salaam. This role is essential for promoting and maintaining excellence in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk, and Quality (SHERQ) management. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting comprehensive audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implementing strategies to mitigate risks. You will be responsible for monitoring SHERQ compliance across various departments, investigating incidents, and overseeing the implementation of corrective actions. Additionally, the coordinator will facilitate safety and quality training for staff members and maintain all necessary SHERQ documentation and reporting to ensure complete transparency and continuous improvement within the organization.

Key Requirements
Higher National Diploma (HND) in HVAC Engineering or a related technical field.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in a SHERQ or safety-related role.
In-depth knowledge of SHERQ management systems and international ISO Standards.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise technical reports.
Possession of a valid Driving Licence is considered a significant added advantage.
Proven ability to conduct thorough workplace audits and detailed risk assessments.
Experience in monitoring organizational compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Competency in investigating workplace incidents and developing effective corrective action plans.
Ability to coordinate and deliver impactful safety and quality training sessions for diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills for maintaining complex SHERQ documentation and compliance records.
