You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals efficiently. Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
Strong communication skills to articulate product value and build rapport
Excellent negotiation skills to finalize deals and overcome objections
Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and team collaboration
Valid Tanzanian Driving Licence for client visits and market coverage
Proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunities
A deep passion for sales and a commitment to achieving ambitious targets
Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management
Proficiency in using CRM software to track interactions and sales pipelines
