Key Requirements
5–7 years of relevant maintenance engineering experience
Proven experience in the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industry
Strong expertise in maintenance planning and scheduling software
Extensive experience in facility maintenance management
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Proficiency in root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting
Strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints
Effective verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting
