HSSEQ COORDINATOR @ DEVINE WEALTH HR SOLUTIONS
We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified HSSEQ Coordinator to join a high-performing energy company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a safe, healthy, secure, and environmentally responsible workplace by implementing and continuously improving our integrated HSSEQ Management System. The role requires regular monitoring of safety protocols and active participation in hazard management across both Zanzibar and Mainland operations.
As the HSSEQ Coordinator, you will act as a key liaison between site operations and management to ensure full compliance with national legislation and international standards. You will be responsible for conducting rigorous site inspections, managing incident reporting procedures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to foster a culture of safety throughout the organization.

Key Requirements
BSc. in Petroleum Engineering, Oil & Gas Engineering or related field.
2-4 years' experience in operations, technical or HSSEQ.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 standards.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong communication, analytical and leadership skills.
Fluent in English and local language/s.
Certified First Aider.
Certified in Fire Fighting.
Certification in Permit to Work systems.
Nebosh Certificate or Diploma holder.
