You will manage internal communication channels, maintain strict editorial standards, and ensure that communication strategies are effectively executed across all departments and business units.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, or Human Resources.
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in internal, leadership, or change communication.
Proven track record of working directly with senior executives.
Experience managing communications across multiple business locations and diverse employee groups.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong working ability in Swahili.
Ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Marketing, IT, and cross-functional leadership.
Strong project management skills with a focus on editorial calendars.
Expertise in digital and non-digital communication channel management.
High level of professional integrity and strategic thinking capability.
