Devine Wealth HR Solutions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Manager to join their team in Mwanza, Tanzania. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing fleet operations, ensuring vehicle performance, and enhancing transportation efficiency. This role involves managing vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing schedules to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of the organization's transportation assets.
Key responsibilities include implementing preventive maintenance plans, supervising vehicle servicing, and managing the inventory of spare parts in collaboration with the supply chain department. The Fleet Manager will also be responsible for analyzing fleet performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and enforcing company policies regarding vehicle movement. Candidates should possess strong operational knowledge and the ability to update fleet management procedures to maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University
Fleet Management Qualification
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in fleet operations
Strong fleet maintenance and operational knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Fleet Management Systems
Valid Driving Licence
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in transportation
Ability to manage budgets and optimize operational costs
