MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL SALES @ DEV JYOTI
Our global MedTech organization is hiring a Manager for International Sales in Lagos, Nigeria. This position is ideal for a sales leader with a background in life sciences who can drive market expansion and execute effective sales strategies within the Nigerian healthcare landscape. You will identify new business opportunities and manage high-level relationships with hospital executives and surgical teams. This is a permanent hybrid role that combines administrative leadership with intensive field travel to drive growth. You will be responsible for leading and mentoring a local sales team to reach peak performance. The role requires a strong understanding of the medical device industry and the ability to navigate complex clinical sales environments. Participation in international leadership forums and market insight sessions is part of the growth path for this high-impact position.
Key Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharma Sales.
Strong exposure to hospital and clinical sales, particularly in Cardiac, Surgical, or Critical Care.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability for market assessment.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories in Nigeria.
Background in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Capacity to track sales performance, provide forecasts, and gather market insights.
Experience collaborating with marketing and clinical teams for product launches.
