MANAGER – INTERNATIONAL SALES @ DEV JYOTI
A premier MedTech organization is seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager to lead operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee sales strategies across multiple key subregions, including Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration. You will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities and fostering long-term partnerships with surgeons and top-tier distributors. This role involves mentoring regional sales staff and ensuring that all sales activities align with global organizational goals. The position is structured as a permanent hybrid role, requiring a mix of strategic office work and frequent field visits to hospitals and clinical sites across the kingdom. Your leadership will be pivotal in tracking performance metrics and delivering market insights that influence product positioning and clinical adoption in the Middle East.
Key Requirements
5–8 years of experience in Medical Devices, Healthcare, or Pharma Sales.
Strong exposure to hospital and clinical sales, particularly in Cardiac, Surgical, or Critical Care.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving regional growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability for market assessment.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories in Saudi Arabia.
Background in Life Sciences, Biomedical, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing sales teams.
Capacity to track sales performance, provide forecasts, and gather market insights.
Experience collaborating with marketing and clinical teams for product launches.
