Derm Group (T) LTD is seeking a skilled Telecom & ICT Engineer to join our team in delivering successful projects while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. The successful candidate will be instrumental in providing technical expertise across various telecommunication and ICT platforms, ensuring all project milestones are met with the highest quality of service. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on pushing the boundaries of infrastructure and communication technology.
Your core duties will involve supporting the tendering process to help secure new projects and defining project objectives, scope, and requirements with stakeholders. You will also recommend appropriate Telecommunication and ICT engineering technologies, manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness, and identify risks to develop mitigation plans. Additionally, you will coordinate with vendors and prepare accurate project reports to maintain transparency and operational efficiency across all assigned tasks.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or ICT.
Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in ICT systems and infrastructure.
Mandatory registration with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania.
Professional certification in CCNA or CCNP.
Huawei HCIA/HCIP certification or equivalent.
Fiber Optic Certification (FOA).
Strong ability to support technical tendering processes.
Experience in defining project objectives and scope with stakeholders.
Knowledge of project budget management and cost-effectiveness.
Proficiency in identifying technical risks and developing mitigation plans.
Strong vendor coordination and relationship management skills.
Ability to prepare accurate and detailed technical project reports.
