Dental Studio is currently seeking a professional and dedicated Dental Receptionist to join their team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for the clinic, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing a welcoming environment for patients, managing schedules, and ensuring the front-desk operations run smoothly. The role operates on a full-time schedule of five days per week with two days off, requiring a balance of administrative efficiency and excellent patient-facing service.
Key responsibilities include coordinating patient appointments, handling inquiries via phone and email, and processing various forms of payment accurately. The receptionist will also be responsible for maintaining patient records with high levels of confidentiality and utilizing practice management software to streamline clinic workflows. Key Requirements
Should have experience in a dental receptionist role
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and visitors
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office
Experience with practice management software for dental or medical clinics
Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage high patient volumes
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
Comfortable with cash handling and processing various payment methods
Deep knowledge of patient confidentiality and data protection requirements
Fluency in English is required for communication with diverse clientele
