The successful candidate will be the primary point of contact for clients with overdue balances and is expected to maintain high standards of customer service throughout the collection process.

Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
Strong background in credit collection or microfinance industry
Excellent customer service skills
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced negotiation and conflict resolution techniques
Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel and Word
High level of professional integrity and honesty
Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively
